Help. No choice but Sky fiber.

What do I do? Apparently my condo is “unable” to get PLDT as my service provider. But upon checking some units are using PLDT (as shown sa wifi list on my phone). Please help should I risk it and go for sky cable or try PLDT (but most probably not fiber. Probably VDSL)
