A Potentially teen romance vampires book set in a school

I think I picked up a book thats a book 2 or 3 of the series. All I remember is there's a girl who was in a dinner or cafe and she was eating rare stake that was bloody. I think she saw something outside that part is fuzzy to me, but she was thinking about a boy she likes or is with. She goes to some school which seems like it's elite and she see the boy she she likes and they kiss in a private area. I think it has vampires and maybe wear wolves. I know it's not much to go on it was in my school library so I think it's teen appropriate, and this was like 7 or 8 years ago. Let me know what yall think.
