Lymphedema + edema

No one understands why I now have lymphedema in my torso after having just one lymph node out during breast cancer surgery. But formally diagnosed and working with a CPT. Do other people have edema of other body parts in addition to their lymphedema? My legs keep blowing up, and I don’t get how they decide the legs are “just” edema and not part of the lymphedema. The lymphedema is so brutal, but the leg edema comes with severe joint pain, poor wound healing, shies don’t fit… Feel like I’m losing it. Curious if other people have both, or how they determined whether they were related. My CPT is great but everyone is mystified so I need a little help advocating to my many doctors.
