Major surgery 3 months ago, pus/draining discharge, I am pregnant. Is this emergency or not?

I am 13 weeks pregnant
Medicine: NONE,
Medical history: bilateral moderate-severe hearing loss with hearing aids.
Hello, I an looking for advice after having major surgery back in May, here is a link to the original post if anyone would like to see the NSFW photos attached to the post:

So since the surgery, I had the BIPP gauze removed on the 2nd of June; which was an experience in itself… I could only describe it as the surgeon pulling a bath-tub plug from my brain, the noises which happened after and the amount of blood. I was told the graft was healing nicely though, so that’s a positive?
Since then, nearly 3 months post-OP I get ear fatigue easily which is a nerve like burning pain if laying on the ear for too long, or wearing head phones which compress the area. The right side of my tongue is still numb, and the top of my ear and behind where the scar is is still numb/sore in areas
I also largely suffer with a “fullness” in my ear, especially when lying on my right side; as if it all drains to that side, and I’ve got a constant yellow/white discharge from the ear… I haven’t been back to see ENT yet, as the NHS in England is hopeless; I am waiting for an appointment to come through for a hearing test but I am hopeless it worked.
I will attach some photos for those curious, but does that look like pus coming out of my ear and discharge? Should I be pushing to see ENT sooner rather than later? I am 13 weeks pregnant and feel unwell currently but I’m unsure if that’s linked to my ear it’s looked like this for weeks now, constantly oozing stuff.
Thanks doctors for answering!
