Spilled Dr. Pepper into top of case

Maybe not the right subreddit but, I’ll give it a try. PC randomly completely shut off tonight, would not power back on before I realized the problem. There was an open can of Dr Pepper sitting on top of the case leaking into the top. On the top I have the fans from my CPU cooler, but I’ve found a bit of sticky residue on the mobo. From what I can see, my CPU is fine, it’s just the residue towards the top of my mobo. My PSU is also very close to this same area, it looks dry but I’m not sure if some of the liquid could’ve hit it. My GPU also seems fine. So far I’ve taken it almost fully apart, cleaned off whatever residue I could find with q tips and 70% isopropyl alcohol, and left it to dry. Any other tips or ideas? I’m thinking since the power cut super fast and wouldn’t come back on, it might be the PSU that’s gone bad. Thanks!
