Left antibacterial soap on groin, balls have been red n itchy for weeks

Title. Dial soap (blue) was used to clean my manly region, didn’t rinse it off well at all or even have much water involved. Must’ve gone down to my balls. They’ve been red and itchy for weeks. I haven’t used that soap since that night, either.

Never had an issue with look, smell, itch, nothing down there. Worried I fucked something up. I’m extra itchy at night. It’s maddening because it’s so sharp and sudden, not constant. Sometimes I feel as if I get random ones over my body but maybe I’m trippin’.

Only other thing that’s changed is that I’m using Nasacort for allergies in my nose for the first time. Corticosteroid spray.
