Random bruising inside both arms .. same spot?

Hi! I’m 25f 5’5 and 140 pounds I have had low iron in the past but my last bloodwork my levels were normal. Medications I take are: Effexor , adderall and occasional Benadryl for allergies!

I noticed this bruising in both arms. I cannot figure out what it could be other than carrying bags a few days ago that were a little heavy? But I typically don’t bruise from carrying heavy bags if it is from that! Kinda worried I’ll post pic in comments! Below
