Global IME Virtual dollar card not being accepted in DigitalOcean

Hi, I recently got a dollar card issued by Global IME Bank, but when I try to add it as a payment method in digital ocean, it says 'Payment processing failed.' I'm new to making online payments, please help me fix this.
