If I write "until sh'es on the other end of the conversation" how would you interpret that?

Writing Questions

Hi quick question, I hope this is okay here and doesn't instead belong in a weekly thread.

If I write: ... until she's on the other end of the conversation ... would you read that as:

A. the conversation would be over and she'd have gotten past it and has it behind her

B. she would then be in the position of the other person she's having the conversation with

I intend for it to be A but fear it reads as B. (Would "other side" instead of "other end" make any difference, or would the same confusion still be there?)

Thanks so much!
