I think I got my car registered without TPL / CTPL?

Hi! First time ko po na ako nagrenew ng registration ng car namin and am confused lang kasi ang binigay ko lang po kanina sa LTO window were the 1️⃣ CCES (from a diff testing center), 2️⃣ copy of OR / CR, and 3️⃣ MVIR. I only paid ₱1610 sa cashier and got my new OR na.

Paano po yun, nakasama na ba diyan sa bayad yung TPL? Nabasa ko po kasi ngayon lang na it’s something you get BEFORE being able to renew registration 😥 Yet, nakapag-renew naman po ako without it (I think) so either di po nadouble-check ng personnel or di na talaga hinahanap yun sa renewal.

If mistake po pala ng personnel, what should I do wahhh balik po ba akong LTO?
