Need help with my POC

I’m a data science professional who recently got a ai engineer job

I’ve been asked to make a demo app where the agent/ agenticAI is capable of

• generate SQL query (no need to make changes to database just need query)
• call weather api to know weather ( in python )
• has the ability to store user complain in a txt file

Here’s the limitations tho, I have to use azure services only

So I’ve been exploring on how I can achieve this, here are few of the ways it can be done ( that I know of )

• prompt flow ( create python node, LLM node and so on ), this really seems like the best option as it covers the whole project life cycle including deployment options
• semantic kernel ( create plugins for each feature/ function) this also is a very good option as it can orchestrate the whole thingy ( but I don’t know how I’d deploy the agent)

I’m also exploring the option of using ai foundry agent services

BUT here’s the thing, I need help from you guys on how I should approach this and if there is other better options . Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
