Opinion on Boots

So I've recently been looking into motorcycle gear as at the moment have a moped but would love to get motorcycle but before that would like to have gear all I have is my helmet at the moment and some cheap waterproof gloves off temu so im wanting to purchase some gear second hand to save some money so its either im beginning with good gloves or boots and im wondering if these boots would be good protections compared to others like rst tractech boots or alpinestars. These are off a website but there are a pair looking in good condition on facebook marketplace I have been eyeing for $130NZD (78usd) so ive been wondering if they would be worth getting or getting something else when a good deal rises.
