Can someone give a tldr of what's actually happening

I know that 2wrw is rebranding but is stuff actually going to happen or is this just another big nothing burger.

And please don't say ReAd ThE dIsCoRd. If I had $100 bucks for every time a tno themed discord promised something and then nothing happened I could hire full time devs to mod tno irl.
