Does anyone know if the big containers of msg at wholesale club are actually msg?

I know it *says* msg on the label, but when you look inside it looks like ordinary salt...msg doesn't typically look like that, so is it just funny looking msg or is it salt they're just branding msg because people might not know the difference?

I don't know what kind of return policy wholesale club has, so I'm not willing to risk the rather large sum they're asking for what might amount to just regular table salt. I'm hoping someone can confirm if it is indeed genuine msg.
