Best breed/var. Of jumping spiders for beginners

Hello 👋 I already have many spiders outside that make nest on my cacti collection. They seem to make nest in between the spines of my cactus i guess this is a good place from predators and imagine good feeding grounds

I have 2 part qeustion:

Can i house wild jumpers from my garden?

Also, what's the best type for beginners and what will I need to get started?

Thanks in advance!
