When can I surf

Hello, I had a cholecystectomy on June 18. I had a 4-hole laparoscope.

Until the fourth week, my stomach was pulled, so I didn't exercise too much.

Week 5 was pretty good, so I surfed for less than an hour. (I'm a longboarder)

I tried to move slowly without lifting my upper body if possible

I didn't feel a big pull, and I spent my daily life without difficulty even after surfing.

This week, I felt a little pull around my navel sometimes. When I stretch it out loud, it feels a little pull all over.

I'm thinking about going surfing again tomorrow and I'm just posting because I was wondering if anyone has a hernia due to surfing.

I have to ride horses, but I can't even ride horses (which is my job).

I'm so scared that I might get a hernia.

Please give me some advice.

(I'm Korean. I can't ask for advice on Korean sites, so I'm using Reddit for the first time.)
