Shipe shape quest not showing up

I’m at a loss for what to do. I’ve 100% completed the 3 quest requirements (double checked in the tab as well) and I’ve been best friends with every character for months. I didn’t realize we got this update when we did so I went to try earlier today and nothing. I did all the B.C. rollercoaster stuff a few weeks ago. I thought badtz may have been busy so I cleared all quests besides critter furniture. Waited till reset to see if having the quests cleared helped and still didn’t show up. Also says software is on the latest version (2.6.100). Please help 😭
