Very loud kids in the night train

I just took the night train from Vienna to Zurich and i saw something which really made me question the Western culture.

So we booked a normal seat reservation, bc sleeping wagon is too expensive for a student. As soon as i came into the wagon i tried to sleep. When i closed my eyes 2 family of arabic origin were comming into the wagon and the horror begann.

The kids screamed the whole night, the went around, touched people or kicked theie seats and the worsz of all: The parents didnt even care, well the parents were just as shit. They were videocalling some friend (i guess) and had the volume set up to max.

Some people in my wagon tried to ask them if they could be silent but these familys just got angry and got back to their phone.

Look, i dont hate kids and i can understand loud kids if theyere like 1-5 y.o but these kids were older than 5.

Is it just their culture to doesnt learn discipline to their kids? Bc i was travling the last 13 days through eastern europe and the kids were disciplined and the parents were respectful.

Whats the issue here? Can i report it to interrail somehow so thsi people get a ban.
