Is it just me or did they boost spawns of fully evolved mons recently?

I don't think it's related to any currently running events, but I have seen a lot of fully evolved mons over the last two weeks or so. Lots of Decidueye, Samurotts, Hitmontops, I even saw a Lucario once, to just name a few. Just a few months ago seeing spawns like that almost would have felt rarer than seeing a shiny, but now it's almost common. Not that I am complaining, obviously, lol.
