Weird possibility shared dream?

I remember all my dreams and the one last night made me feel quite weird. I had a wet dream moment where me and this guy that is a friend of a friend “hooked up” pretty detailed i remember it all. I felt so nasty about it i have zero feelings for this guy and maybe talked to him twice. Other things happened just random normal dream stuff and I woke up from my dream to see he had followed me on instagram….

thoughts?
