I meningitis b shot today I need to know if this serious and should I go to the ER.

I got my meningitis b shot around 2:00 pm and noticed it was a little sore immediately after then around 12 AM as I noticed when I was laying down, my arm was aching horribly like inside feels stiff and inflamed, like i can barely move it it aches even when im not moving it like a deep deep pain like my bones are hurting in my shoulder area especially 😭 area felt hot inside and notice a little warmth to it. The slightest touch makes it hurt i got meningitis a dont remember it every hurting this bad this is the worst. Ive been trying to search on chat gpt trying to see if it’s anything serious and idk one min it says its normal. Before this happened i was icing my arm with ice so idk what’s going on. If anyone who is a professional could tell me what might be going on.
