Anyone else been spammed by the survey emails several months later?

So last year I completed a cert II in horticulture and this year finished III

Since completing cert II I've been spammed with emails begging I complete a survey (they say for your cert II so its been over 10 months with this spam)

Today I sent an email - never done this before - but I was like hey stop telling me to complete a survey for a course that I finished 10 months ago.

Is this a new problem? I don't getting an email every 2 weeks now twice a month for two courses that I've finished and move on from
