Recieved some crypto coins

Hi, so I'm new to crypto. I did some work for a foreign company and they sent me 1 lakh worth of crypto. I don't want to convert to inr to avoid the tax.

I will be traveling to dubai for vacay soon and wondering if i can spend it thru binance pay/withdraw in dhs and not pay any taxes on it in India?

Not sure if the authorities monitor crypto wallet.
