New Player here, need SERIOUS help with exp lane

I am REALLY BAD at exp. Like I absolutely suck. I am pretty good at gold, mage and roam. I have just started playing this month and Exp heroes were my first choice. I absolutely destroyed at first but those were bot matches and didn't matter. The moment I stepped into epic I was a liability on my team if I took exp. I really want to play the lane and I know everything about them but I am still bad idk why.

For example, Cici: I know about the stacks, I try to keep em at 10, I also know how her mobility works and can jump around pretty well, I know the combo with her ult as well. (You jump, throw her ult mid air and then use your first skill) BUT my score would be 2/7/5 at best.

Thamuz: I can utilise his speed boost by first skill, can work the first skill, mobility, basic attack combo but I am still bad. My last match had 2/9/6 score and I got cussed out afterwards and I haven't touched him ever since. Initial matches with bots I even got savage but I know it doesn't count.

Freya: Know about her stacks, can utilise her second skill pretty well but I still suck. The AI plays better than me so sometimes I just leave the match and wohoo my team now has a better teammate (The AI Freya).

I have watched videos, I use recommended builds but idk what I am lacking. I know it will get better as I play but I really don't wanna keep feeling bad about myself for being such a huge liability, it's very discouraging.

In other lanes such as gold, roam or mid, 90% of the time I am a gold badge and even at my worst, I am not a liability.

In gold, I play Hanabi, Ixia, Lesley and Melissa. In Roam, I play Tigreal, Rafaelia, Floryn and Angela. Haven't had the chance to try any other tank because they don't give tanks for free to new players. In mid my favourite is Novaria but she is kinda dependent on the team and others include Aurora, Cyclops, Eudora, Odette and tbh I can pretty much work with every mage except Kagura. I have played almost all mages cuz I only choose mages in brawl.

I have no intention of playing jungle but I really wanna be good at exp lane. Idk how but can anyone help?
