Everytime I click to purchase anything my game freezes. HELP PLEASE

I tried purchasing an animal from the barn, but everytime I went to do so my game froze and my screen's brightness lowered. I was able to press ALT+F4 to close it, but besides that, I couldn't do anything else. I deleted the Localthumbcache file, and I do play with A TON of mods. I want to avoid doing 50/50 because doing that for over 15k+ files is insane, plus I just did it a week ago to fix something else.

Before you downvote me; I'm just seeing if anyone else had this problem and how they fixed it, or another possibly solution. if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it, thanks.
