Exalted planets

My friend has exalted Jupiter, venus, mars, sun. Moon in own rashi .He smokes regularly and now having breathing problems gets bullied a little but also seems to have autism ,got average results notable was he cleared ca inter in first attempt. But still it doesn't feels like he is getting everything in life. I have maybe a good his life seems not much different from me. He is sad also from sometime. He is really good and wise in some ways but I can't understand why so much pain even after that great of a chart.
