I don’t know if i’m feeling my cervix or a stuck tampon

[24F, 120 lbs] I feel so dumb for having to ask and describe this but i started to get really paranoid that i left a tampon in which i would have put in 3-4 days ago because i started to smell an abnormal, foul smell and started to develop yeast infection symptoms. I decided to try and feel for it with my fingers and felt a very large bump, but im not able to reach far enough to see just how long it is. I am able to wiggle it around and am even able to get a fairly good grip on it with my nails but it just won’t come out like its attached to me… using my nails and not feeling pain from it also made me feel like it was a tampon. From this description, what does it sound like it could be?? What should i do?
