[TOMT] [Movie/TV] A character comedically saying “it’s okay I can take it” in the face of an impossible threat before instantly being stopped

For the life of me I can’t figure this out. I’ve been quoting it and I know it’s referencing something but I don’t know what. Think of it like a smaller person trying to fight a violent animal or something.

As long as it’s from TV/movies, it should be solvable because I don’t watch much obscure media.
