Seems like everyones building one of two things...

Been speaking to a bunch of product founders recently about what I'm building, and it looks like everyone's playing one of two games:

Game 1: Build an AI/agentic layer for deep users of existing tools

Game 2: Build a new AI native tool to replace existing tools and win everyone but deep users

I guess the question is: Will AI tools ultimately democratise “skill” so that everyone’s a pro...
or will deep craft and expertise still matter?
