Looking for qq fic

Looking for Cyoa/si fic where character is an Eldar i think? I remember a part where he tries to talk to panacea. Next line was her thought processes saying basically "omg hot goth elf daddy" and Vicky flying her away. I'm pretty sure he adopted bones away after killing s9 to.
