Has this ever happened to anybody…

So i had the app open on the place order page. Closed it and went to check my Venmo balance to make sure I had enough.. All the sudden I get the banner that the order has been placed. 100% never hit place order. Tried to cancel it instantly and it told me I would still be charged. Thoughts?
