Restricted to SBI: Best card for future use?

Hi; I'm a new joinee in SBI as a Junior Associate, and I'm looking to pick up a credit card for lounge access and card offers primarily. (I intend to leave the job soon, for higher studies,, but I think having a credit card this early would help me improve my CIBIL for future use, hence I don't intend to close it when I leave. Also, since I'm in SBI, I'm restricted to only SBI cards, as mentioned in the title.) My essential details are as follows:

Current CIBIL - NIL (no loans/other credit cards in my name till now)

Age - 23

Monthly income - 6.5 Lakhs (approx)

Monthly expenses and spending patterns: Primarily food, fuel (4k-6k), and Amazon spends.

Top 5 monthly and annual spend categories: Can't specifically mention.

Preferences for features: Reward points/Cashback, Fuel waiver, Lounge Access.

Reward preference: Either works.

Lounge Access required: Yes.

Other Special Needs: NIL.
