Can't get rid of Indonesian Hacker from my account

For the past 3 months I've been sharing an account with a hacker from Indonesia. I've tried to remove him, but he made his device trusted so I'm unable to kick him out through device management. Whenever I contact customer support, they remove him only for him to somehow log right back in. I've also tried removing all of the connected accounts but he somehow still manages to log in. Enabling two factor verification has also done nothing. I tried logging into my moonton account, but only he has access to the password, and since they got rid of the whole system, I'm unable to recover it using those means.

The one silver lining is that he's made a lot of progress on my account. In fact, he grinded his way to Mythic from my initial Epic rank. He also grinded his way to unlocking the rest of the available heroes.

Does anyone know an effective method to get rid of this person, or am I going to be eternally attached to this hacker.
