Mostar to Stikovica/Dubrovnik

Trying to plan my route from Mostar to Stikovica which is just north of Dubrovnik.

Waze, Google Maps and ChatGPT all suggest different routes.

I want to maximize time on the highway and avoid narrow, busy or winding roads as much as possible.

Shall I go through the route that crosses the border at: A. Neum 2 B. Dorjani C. Bijaca
