Can antidepressants increase your marijuana tolerance?

I’ve was put on some meds awhile ago and I can’t seem to get high anymore. No matter what I smoke I feel nothing I’ve been trying top shelf rosin and flower, I just don’t feel it. Does anybody know if ssri meds can raise tolerance? I can’t think of anything else that has changed. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
