Where is Wisp proto from?

Ever since I first heard her accent the place has been at the tip of my tongue but when I try to think of where I get pure mind fog. I’ve seen vaguely seen some say France but I’m not sure. She doesn’t look French to me. But I am an ignorant American.😅 I feel like I’ll know it when I see it or I’m actually just stupid. Only thing I am kinda certain is it’s a heavily religious area and that I’ve heard the accent. Could be movies tho kinda feel like I’ve heard someone in John wick have this accent. Plz halp my brain hurts.
