Orgill vs Pan for Chem 122?

Can someone compare Dr. Orgill and Dr. Pan for Chem 122? I am deciding between the two and would like some insight on how Orgill and Pan structures their class. How do their grading systems work (exams, potential extra credit, any curves?). Which professor do you guys think is easier to get an A in? Thanks!
