citi concert show GA

hi! i’m working in a place near new york for the summer (i’m not american) and conan gray is giving a citi concert on ny next aug 15, so i thought it’d be a good experience to go see him. i already asked for a couple of days off at work so i could go, but i don’t have a fan pass (and i probably won’t get it since those are not that common to get) so i was wondering:

1. would it be worth it? if i go GA will i even see anything?
2. since i dont have an american id and on the website they say you need an id so i need to bring my passport or…
3. when should i join the line so i can actually see the artist and the stage?

if yall dont think its worth it lmk, bc i can use those days to actually see new york lol. plus id be going alone so if anyone doesnt have a pass either and want to join me id be more than happy;)
