Can I turn a Samsung Galaxy A11 into nothing but an NES emulator?

Samsung Galaxy A11. I want to completely wipe all software off this phone and turn it into solely an NES emulator. When I turn the phone on, I want it to boot the emulator and have that be the phone's sole function. Is this possible?
