Is round 3 for quotas only? And is spot round cutoff higher?

I ain't really gonna say why I scored low (I blame chemistry and the shitty center), it'd just sound like an excuse no matter how much I claim "I got hospitalized this I got hospitalized that" so let's just get to the point

2 straight rounds of no Physics hons allocations, not even Swami Shardhanand, I get it, I'm stupid. (If only I were reserved, I'd slingshot a bit too high, super unfair how this part goes)

So is round 3 gonna come? And is it only for quota people like ECA, Sports, etc. or unreserved category students too? I heard there's also a mid entry thing (Lowkey wanna say these guys gotta be total donkeys if the missed the initial dates, are you gonna miss your own wedding too? Shouldn't even be in the competition), so that has me worried the few marks I missed an allocation by are just gonna spike.

I assume the late donkeys (not the ones who had actual technical issues in earlier phases) are gonna spike the spot round allocations too?

I sound insecure and petty but what can I even say, I am trying not to make excuses but my luck has been down the drain for years now. I'd prefer if I can at least pursue my dream of getting a PhD in Physics by starting Bachelor's even at the worst of the worst. But alas, in my way are troglodytes with lackluster discipline, chapris, likely a bunch unambitious students with no plans in scientific research, JEE fails and UPSC aspirants who can pick literally anything else.

You can either ignore my abrasive tone, I'm self aware of how pissed I am for being a dipshit, and just answer some possibilities, or you can just downvote me into oblivion, whatever man, I don't really care to go on with anything at this point anyways, surely I did all the wrongs here.
