Change lakhs to millions

I live in India and recently bought an iphone. I set the region as India and the language as English US. All my apps including Spotify, WeVerse, calculator, etc (except Youtube) shows the numbers in lakhs. Im not used to the lakhs number system and im finding it hard to adjust. Does anyone know how to change it to millions, is that even possible?
