Clicked a link on phishing email

Hi. I accidentally clicked a link from an email that was supposedly sent by my bank's name. The tab that opened said something like "not able to view the site or something in cPanel's style. I immediately closed the tab since it was an accident, but can there be something installed now on my system? How to check?It's my work email. Please help, thank you!
