Question: I know the DLC arrives in game at 12PM EST, but will the DLC be up on the Steam page at that time?

I usually buy characters with leftover Auric Cells, so I never bought DLC from Steam directly.

I recall hearing that the DLC takes some time after the update to release in the Steam store itself. Is it true? Should I just buy the characters with Auric Cells anyway?
