Need help building a new PC for AI Video Generation

I'd like a build a PC for AI Video Generation. Budget is 10k, but of course would not like to overspend if I don't need to. I mainly care about the specs, speed and efficiency, and not so much about aesthetics.

I was looking at as a starting point: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/9krxFT/glorious-amd-gamingstreaming-build

• New build or upgrade?

New build

• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

New one

• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

Gaming, AI video generation / training

• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors)

United States

• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

Would like a recommendation

• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

10k

• WiFi or wired connection?

Have wired connection

• Size/noise constraints?

Efficient the better.

• Color/lighting preferences?

Doesn't matter

• Any other specific needs?
