Confused About ICICI Sapphiro, Lounge Access & Old Rubyx Cards

Hey everyone,

Looking for some guidance on my ICICI credit cards and lounge access situation.

Here’s my current situation:

I originally had ICICI Rubyx (Amex + Mastercard).

They were upgraded to ICICI Sapphiro (Amex + Mastercard) recently.

So now I technically have 4 cards in total (Rubyx x2 + Sapphiro x2).

A few questions:

1. How do I close the older Rubyx cards? Is it possible through the iMobile app or do I have to call customer care?

2. Railway Lounge Access: I think Rubyx offers railway lounge access. Should I keep one Rubyx card open just for that? Does Sapphiro not offer it?

3. Sapphiro Airport Lounge Access Confusion: I’ve received the Priority Pass with Sapphiro, but I’m not sure:

Do I need to activate it separately?

Is the complimentary lounge access linked to the Priority Pass, or to the card directly?

Do Mastercard/Amex versions of Sapphiro offer lounge access independently?

4. How do I check if lounge access is active? Is there any reliable app or website to check if lounge access is currently active on a specific card?
