[Routine Help] Looking for good intl skincare routine

Hi, everyone. hope you all are well. I am 24F skin type dry sensitie acne prone and looking for good skincare products to add to my routine. My brother is flying from Europe and has asked me to give him a list of products i want him to buy. Can you guys please suggest a good cleanser/facewash, sunscreen, lip oil, moisturizer, something for dark elbows and knees, hyperpigmentation and tanning. appreciate all the help i can get! thanks in advance.
