Any airbnb or hotel recos near University of St. La Salle?

Hi! My partner and I will be going to Bacolod next month for the Ben&Ben concert and we don't know our way around Bacolod hehe. It'll be both our first time to go there on our own. Can you recommend some hotels or Airbnbs near the area?

Thank you!
