Is Singapore psychiatrist assessment accepted in uk? Reassessment absolutely necessary?

Hi im a Singaporean international student going to attend UG at University of Sussex in September. Read how horrendous, rigid and inconsistent getting adhd medication is. Im medicated for Concerta, Ritalin and Guanfacine since 2020 and my dosages have been stable for years now. I do not want to go through the whole process of reassessment and titration. Wondering if there are psychiatrists with RTC who will accept my singapore psychiatrist analysis and will prescribe my current dosages, preferably through a shared care with a GP. Otherwise theres no choice but to pay private prescription. Also looking for psychiatrist with easiest means to repeat medication as getting repeat meds seems such a hassle too compared to how its done in Singapore.
