Daily rectal bleeding (sometimes clots) 8+ months (pic link)

I noticed stool changes during summer 2024 (constipation/diarrhea/loose). I have become much more flatulent, but I'm not sure when this started (maybe 6+ months).
I have a history of hemorrhoids since delivering my second child in 2015. I would get them a few times a year, usually very painful, sometimes painless, and I'd have blood spots when wiping/drips in the toilet/streaks on stool. Hemorrhoids would go away (probably within a week max) on their own or with Prep H when they were painful.
Since before Christmas 2024 I have experienced rectal bleeding at least once a day. I alternate between hard/loose stools. Loose stool often come in "waves" and it feels like contractions to get it out, or I think I'll be done but then need to rush back to the toilet. I usually need multiple bathroom visits to pass hard stool. Or my bm will come in stages of hard or formed stool and then turn loose and watery with painful cramps. And even when I'm not constipated and have diarrhea, it still feels like I have more poop that I just can't quite push out. I also need to wipe myself throughout the day because poop and/or blood will leak (feels like my crack gets greasy lol). Sometimes I can have a bite of food and quite literally within seconds to minutes of swallowing, I have intense cramps and get diarrhea/loose stools (happens more often in the morning).
I live rural Alberta, Canada and have a new family doctor who I saw about a month ago for this. I asked for a gastro referal but was denied (for now) because I haven't lost weight, I am 35, and I don't know my family history, so I was told to use Prep H for 3 months and then reevaluate.
I know hemmerhoids can bleed a lot, so I'm not overly panicked, but if this is just bleeding from hemmerhoids, I don't know why they won't go away.
I have attached multiple photos of various bloody stools (have had bloodier though) and stools from when I was first noticing a change in my bowel habits (sorry, and double sorry that there's a pic of my gloved hand holding a hard, bloody turd), but if anyone can take a look and give an opinion, advice, anything, I would really appreciate it. Sorry I don't have a specific question.. I guess I am just wondering if this seems concerning enough to ask my doctor to see me sooner, and if she won't, if I should look for another doctor in different town.
Thanks.
