I think lying is destorying my life

F(18) lying has costed me a lot of friendships and a relationship. But i dont think i have hurt any of them that bad. Now lying is going to cost me my current relationship. I fucked up and got myself into a mess just because i cant stop lying. I am thinking to break up with my boyfriend before he learns any of it because i know for a fact that he wouldnt stay with me after he learns it. What i did is going to hurt a lot of my loved ones too. Would telling the truth help more in this situation if yes then how can i do so.

I know that this wont make any sense but i dont know where else to tell this about or what to do
